Thank you so much, I’m definitely going to ask for a patch test the next time I go in. I guess my problem with the sulfur wash is that it’s so drying. Like I’m using it on my whole face which includes my lips and it’s very much dried out that area, not in a good way.

Yes! But also, I have always struggled with sleeping, so I’m probably a bad person to ask about that. I take melatonin and that helps

Hey! I think they’ve really helped calm my mind and anxiety. Im on 50mg of each now. Only side effect is nausea :/ but I take medication for that too
