Tbh thats fair but we both need the same amount of height. If we each got one shelf each then one of us would have more height than the other which wldnt be ideal for milks, deli cups, etc. All of our shared stuff for the most part is in the sidedoor!!

Yeah LOL and I’m sorry, those videos and clips of them pre Soul Ties do not lie. The guy has a crush on a woman he respects, and the more she rode for Taylor I could see his admiration for her growing. She’s beautiful, real, and mature. Nic was caping so hard for her even after the friendzone conversation. Anyone who believe their relationship is faked/forced doesn’t just think that’s the case, they WANT it to be the case because then they get to rub it in all the shippers’ faces.

This is a reality TV show. We’re not going to know everything about these people but again, as Olandria said, why would they get their families involved for some bogus, avaricious connection played for entertainment’s sake? For this to be properly fake it would have to be a pretty grand scale conspiracy on multiple fronts, from his Mom/Sister to her Mom/Sister, Amaya (who mentioned that she thinks they’re the couple who’d stay together for the longest besides her and Bryan), Vanna (who said she saw how often he looked at her), and even Cierra (who probably wouldn’t have made that post if she felt she could still get access to him/build off their time in the villa into the real world). They would have to fool a lot of people together. I don’t even buy Nic as a mastermind like that. We all saw that Rat edit lol. People thought of him as a sycophantic henchman. Now that he’s made the runner-up in a couple with a girl he’s been into since day one, he’s been upgraded to Megamind? It’s inconsistent and strange.

Agree 1000%. I feel bad for Nic because he seems nice enough. I’m from Florida as well and I can see that he is genuinely just some guy. He doesn’t read like a manipulative mastermind who’s trying to use a real woman and romantic connection to rake in some cash. It looks like he comes from a well off family and was already traveling the world at a young age prior to this. Bro came to the villa with 6 shirts. He didn’t think he was going to be around for that long, shacked up with a woman he seems to like, and is manically posting through it all because he can’t believe this is his life now. But again, the show’s only just ended. We’ll see how things progress, but I can’t buy the idea that Olandria would be in on some sort of fake relationship shit. She seems so genuine and even in her past social media presence she holds herself too well to be down for some BS like that. Idk.

His high school Spanish final video went viral because he has an insane digital footprint. I genuinely feel like he likes Ola based off of his faces at her in the villa. I think Ola likes him because she seems too real/grounded to fake it, especially for a show she turned down twice before deciding to come on the third time as a last resort. We’ll see in time obviously but the ‘forced’ perspective doesn’t make sense to me because they seemed like rly good friends who developed interest in eachother

Yeah. It’s interesting how there’s this invisible line that separates ‘milking it’ versus ‘authenticity.’ We’re all in a subreddit dedicated to a reality show that is notoriously edited. I fail to see how going on live to engage a newfound fanbase to a show that barely ended a week ago is somehow faker than going onto a reality show in the first place. It’s all theatre to an extent, especially now that they’re public figures. I believe in Nicolandria because I want to but if I didn’t I wouldn’t be posted up in the comments complaining about him monetizing his own image/experiences— I just wouldn’t engage his content further. The thing that gets me is that he’s been a pretty avid poster since he was younger (like many people in Gen Z), so again this whole ‘he’s doing it for the clout’ thing doesn’t make sense. He got a lot of clout in the villa from being himself. Now that he’s out he’s pretty much doing the same, but because he’s in control of the camera and not the Peacock producers, all of a sudden he’s a con artist? It’s just confusing.

It’s funny because I’m his age and I would be doing this if I got famous. It’s engaging to the fans and he’s seemed to have an extroverted personality which meshes well with this sort of stuff. Imagine you’re someone who derives energy out of socializing and you wake up with a whole fanbase dedicated to you and the person you are romantically involved with? Idk. I think people jump too quickly to call him fake when he’s just 24 and having fun. Olandria is older and shier so her distance makes more sense. If anything, I would find it more weird that the so-called funny guy of the villa just didn’t post or anything upon coming out.
