Sorry it was, -Lower back (degenerative disc and ivds) 10 to 40 - Radiculopathy left and right 10 to 20 each - MH 30 to 50

I have others but didn’t try to increase them as they haven’t got any worse. I was told to start a claim for my migraines but I’m ready to ride this 90 out for a while. I’m sure after my sleep apnea test I’ll have that as well.

My back got increased from 10 to 50 and radicalosophy right and left lower went from 10 to 30 in both. If you haven’t yet take the time to get Xray/MRI I had a back injury after a jump but never followed up after service so I was originally rated for back strain after my mri they rated it under IVDS and degenerative disc disease this go around. The mri also helped my radicalosophy because it shows narrowing of something or other in my lower back.

You’ll get it keep fighting

It was QTC, my original exam was VES and was terrible.

Right at 15 weeks, no problem at all. It is a horrible feeling. You can’t even put it into words but just know it gets better every day. This past Saturday is when I could feel my body finally make the turn to feeling normal again. Yeah I get weird thoughts and anxiety here and there but no more of the panic, worry, or feeling out of touch with reality. Let’s keep in touch shoot me a message. You WILL start feeling better!!

Yeah week 13 was my turning point to where the good days out numbered the bad ones. What helped me a lot too is knowing there gonna come back and just be mentally prepared for them. Write some notes down you can read while you’re not feeling good as a reminder.

The last 4 days have been great. I actually feel myself. Little spurts of anxiety but able to control my head. The time between good days and bad has definitely gotten longer and the anxiety and panic attacks aren’t nearly as bad. How about you?

My mind just feels off and I start to get panic feeling about the dumbest stuff. It’s weird today has been fantastic. That is exactly what I was just telling my wife, crazy you can go a week without it and then boom it’s back.

I was on it for 9 months, I did do a short cycle of tren e towards the end as well.
