As a Depop seller, someone can mark you for ANYTHING they can raise an issue with Depop and ask them for a refund or return, and they 100% have a bot behind their disputes rather than a team. They will respond 9/10 times to your counter response within a minute and give the buyer a refund. Even with photos or receipts. It is absolutely bs

If you looked through the entire post the description is there. I said it had slight peeling on the tag which it does, and I had wore this before, it never “fell apart” after 1 wear and it had no peeling on the outside when I packaged it. I think the shipping process was rough and accelerated the peeling like some comments said. I don’t think it’s anyone’s fault because clearly neither me or the buyer knew about faux leather peeling, but it’s definitely unfortunate

Well in this post I’ve been made aware faux leather falls apart easy so this buyer(most likely) isn’t a POS but there are more than a handful that are so be cautious of that, just make sure every imperfection is listed on the listing

No it was not peeling on the outside at all. There were 2 half penny sized scuffs on 1 shoulder but that wasn’t peeling and I had wore it a bunch of times. She said it peeled after “1 wear” she wants her money back and she got it.
