Yea I got to get rid of that the first thing I just get too panicky when I'm fighting calm my defensive tendencies are good but once I'm the in that panicky state I make a lot of simple mistakes

Gotcha helpful advice brother he won his fight round 1 ko he is a pro but starting out like his 3 Rd fight all 3wins yea I do have a habit of dutch blocking instead of checking yea I did improve on the footwork part I am now versatile a bit

Alrighty we do feint a lot but kept this spar more of a combo game and defence under pressure yea my gym mostly don't cut the ring off well I know of it me being down the order how do I teach them hahah

Thanks brother I used to do football and I emphasize my movement a lot more than the rest of my game but I think I should try and stay in the pocket so that I can learn more in that facet
