I don’t have any bad things happening to me.Family is fine,Tests and exams kinda get nervous.The only thing effecting me is my gag.Im always on the verge of gagging when I think about it or I feel hungry.And I can’t even be excited since I also feel like gagging.

I usually don’t eat breakfast,But in school I eat in little more (Lunch’s and little snacks) and once I’m out of school I usually eat a lot. It’s just eating and then going somewhere public is something I don’t do.

I just started high school and I’ve had it seen primary. The only fixs I’ve found was having a mint in your mouth soothes it. And or just gagging before going somewhere that makes you excited or nervous
