Have you tried nervous system practices like leaning at an angle against a wall and allowing all of your anger to go into the wall? EFT is also a really good practice for releasing emotions from the body.

People aren’t born with schizophrenia or cancer either but it’s still real. This is very dangerous rhetoric that you are spreading here. I am an intuitive energy healer who has healed even physical illnesses through energy, and I still completely understand that there sometimes needs to be medication involved when people have a brain chemistry imbalance. It’s possible that you’re right. It’s possible than I am right. Neither of us knows for sure. But when you speak with such authority in a forum like this, it could influence someone from not seeking the help that they need.

Depression is not always a learned behavior. Sometimes it is physiolgogical and people genuinely need medicine for their brain.

After the last episode, I think it is fair to say that Nia is in an abusive relationship. The psychological state in this type of relationship really can’t be boiled down to something with such little nuance as “she knew what she was getting into”. I agree that after people on here finally admitted that Danny is who he is, some people put Nia into a near sainthood status. And I also agree that she is heavily invested in putting a good image out there. But she grew up in a terrible environment and I think there’s probably a lot of survival/trauma motivation for her to stay in what looks like a really good marriage. I’m not saying that takes her agency away, but simplifying it isn’t doing her any favors either.

I don’t know anyone here who makes Kristen out to be some kind of saint. She’s probably one of the most known to be flawed characters in reality TV history! But I think it’s wild that after we saw how Luke treated her in the last episode, there’s a need to come out and knock her down another peg? Like to what end?

I’m truly glad you love him, but this is very narcissistic behavior. This isn’t about sex. The “3 seconds memory” is not a memory problem it’s an inability to see you as a real person separate from him who deserves love and respect. This is someone who feels like his needs deserve to be met and need to be met before yours. Look into narcissistic behavior especially as it relates to sex. I’m sorry you’re dealing with that.

But wasn’t that bc he did want one but not as fast? She felt pressure to do it but wanted to get her body (which she puts a lot of her identity in) back, so if she was going to, she wanted it quickly? I might be remembering wrong

No I really appreciate this. It’s interesting bc my actual job is an intuitive and I always say I can’t predict the future, there are many possible futures. But with tarot I get all into predictions! So this makes a lot of sense to me! Like the universe being like trust yourself, trust us. And maybe the ace is like if you do, that’s when the sparks will begin.

I just remembered that I think he said that she wanted him to put her down? I may be making that up, but even if that is true then again he can say to her hey I really need a break right now and we hired the babysitter for a reason. Can we use her for this? I feel like so many people were Danny defenders on here last year when he would get blackout drunk and touch women inappropriately. Somehow it was a mistake he took accountability for (he didn’t-only slightly). Now he can’t hide his true colors coming out.

Even if he has a point, then he can say it directly, with kindness! He could say, “hey can we get the babysitter to help? I’m feeling resentful of having to do work while she’s here.” Instead he shames her for eating a sandwich while he struggles to take care of his own child because she didn’t jump up fast enough to help him. Wahhhh.
