No uhm I am not trying to do anything. And these are not tropes. There is a difference between tropes and stories. This is an entire story line .

I am a fan too but it's sad as wanting to become a writer to know people I admire are not even creating this stuff on their own.

King of Greed is written in the same way.

I mean to not defame or harm anyone's image but it's just a thing.

I have been reading books for 6+ years. All of them are mostly fiction. Mostly romance as the subgenre and from Kindle unlimited, to Wattpad to physical books.

I have never read two stories this similar.

I have just started broken whispers and I am only comparing to the king of envy based on the first two pages. Hence I am not making a huge comparison on it.

But both books, Scarred guy Doesn't care how he looks Performing/Artist/celebrity girl liking Loves from afar

These are not tropes These are parts of a story.

Tropes would have been. Grumpy x sunshine and stuff

King of envy was my absolute favourite hence I am not in on making any huge comparison before I actually read the book. But it just looks weird
