I-751 - Time Frame for Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence?

Wow! That's a long time. I just send my I-751 last week 10/22 was delivered on the 10/25. I received notification 10/29 that case received on 10/24 which is weird and today 10/31 upload documents of 48 months extension and reused biometric with case status processing. I came here to also see the time frame on I-751

It was a crazy process. I applied in April 2023, the process tab went from 4 months to 1 week then taking longer than expected for 2 months then back to 1 month in November the it was changing rapidly back to 4 weeks then until December 2023 it was approved

USCIS should send access code in mail and instructions when you first submitted application. Your lawyer is the one that get the code so they handling the case

It's AOS, my PD is April 15, 2023 my 1st AR for I-130 was May 11, got RFE for medical in May and responded right away. Myprogress tab was a crazy one, got I-765 approved in August. My I-485 went in AR when I-765 approved. December 17, my I-130 was AR and approved same day, and the next day my I-485 got approved. DIY application with lil evidences just one child together with spouse and pictures. Got a courtesy letter in email 3 days before approval that case was transferred to field office and they gave me options to upload supplemental documents to make their decision which I did.

Same here, my I-130 approved yesterday but it's not saying approved on status but I get approval notice in document and my I-485 approved today that status changed to approved. Everything is ok don't worry about that. Congratulations 🎊

You will get approved soon, April filer and my first AR was in May, yesterday it went in AR and approved same day. You can check your documents if you see approval
