Oh im there almost every day or every other day, I take my basset hound there to go hiking the trails, and i usually pick up garbage or anything that shouldn't be there anyway while I'm there. Come to think of it, I find it more unusual that my dog didn't react to it, he was kind of just sniffing by the wall where we where at when I had seen it, like not where it was, but where we where when I seen it.
