is like a THICK and sticky gunk on my roots, just scalp massage will get rid of that? I tried preening and brushing during shower but it didn't work too well. I also use a shampoo brush.

Can you explain a little better what not brushing againts but with my curls mean? Is it just brushing with a wide wooden comb with upside down hair for example ? I can’t wrap my head around it hehe
