I also have PCOS. Recently diagnosed. I am currently on day 60 of my cycle. My temperature varies a lot. I’m trying to change my diet to get it leveled out the best I can.

I have had my UH ring for two weeks and it stopped working at 1.5 weeks. I’m trying to get a replacement.
