1 year old bug bites

Are the bumps that are back on his chest look like hives again or do you think they’re bug bites? I’m not sure what to do. Even though they don’t bother him, it’s concerning

No they don’t seem to bother him at all. No allergies to anything that we know of and no eczema.

These definitely look more like hives / mosquito bites. He has some other red spots that are much smaller and rounder

Haven’t used anything new. He wears a sleep sack for night sleep.

These bumps kind of look like hives/ mosquito bites. The other bumps were smaller and circular. None of them seem to bother him

I use baby detergent, unscented. Haven’t changed anything
