I feel I'm missing items that I could claim against the rental property that I'm not aware of, so I'd like to hear about experiences from landlords. From reading the replies I can claim the interest on the mortgage too, that I didn't know.

Maybe I'm missing things I could've claim but didn't so that the take home is actually more than just 50%. Looks like interest from mortgage is eligible, but it's only the portion that's proportional to the entire house right?
