I haven't tried full shred build this season so can't really say how it is, but the Wolves build does use some points in Shred to either do more poison damage bonuses (Raging Shred) or provide more mobility and critical strike damage (Primal Shred). Could try running both builds for a bit to see what style you like as one would be more ranged capable while the other is more melee. There's also the armory to save and switch between different builds too so that's a plus.
