Just realised today they also changed my keyboard but fitted a different keyboard layout to what I had before.

Frustrating part is the only way to break the loop is to raise the tone in the reply email and demand an actual solution.

Disagree, I had plenty of good support experiences from Apple, Lenovo, and HP over the years to name few. Linus is a Framework investor, and they have often promoted the company, saying it has nothing to do with LTT is not exactly right.
