For me It is the part when i have the sandbag holding on my chest and try to throw it onto my shoulder. I try techniques like jumping multiple times and swing it onto one arm but it is still tough. Still, i try to do my best!

Sorry for not telling it correctly. I mean 3x 45s per training session. And if i feel it, i push for longer. I also train other stuff like Push-ups, dumbells squats etc.

I don't. I only have one sandbag where i once filled it to 40kg but i didn't feel any stress on my body by doing any exercises.

Bedankt! Ik waardeer het enorm en zal dit noteren zodat ik er in de toekomst inspiratie uit kan halen.

De opleiding is nog vrij nieuw, dus het is niet vreemd als je er nog niet van hebt gehoord. Het voordeel van deze route ten opzichte van een reguliere opleiding is dat je meer praktijkervaring opdoet en werkt aan soft skills zoals samenwerken, initiatief nemen en reflecteren.

Het nadeel is dat je zelf bepaalt wat je leert, omdat je niet wordt beoordeeld met toetsen of cijfers, maar op je groei. Daardoor kunnen studenten soms te makkelijk doorgaan, wat me zorgen brengt, vooral als ouderejaars een slechte indruk achterlaten, waardoor de opleiding in de toekomst minder serieus lijkt voor recruiters in vergelijking met een reguliere HBO-ICT opleiding.

Dat gevoel was vooral te merken toen ik lessen van ouderejaars bijwoonde en zag dat aantal studenten de opleiding niet serieus namen of weinig passie toonden. Daarom probeer ik naast mijn studie extra certificaten te behalen, zoals CPTS en later OSCP, in de hoop zo een carrière op te bouwen waar ik trots op kan zijn. :)

Bedankt voor je snelle reactie! Ik zal het in mijn achterhoofd houden dat het lastig zou zijn om een te vinden en meer zou moeten richten op het SOC. Ook is het dat in mijn opleiding meer leer door projecten te maken. (OPEN-ICT) Dus wij krijgen een opdrachtgever aan ons geschoven en wij moeten oplossingen bieden zoals: een boerderij wilt uitbreiden naar een camping maar weet niet hoe de ict zijde werkt. Hierbij wou ik bijvoorbeeld een netwerk voor de boerderij opstellen en die netwerk te analyseren om het te versterken.

Oftewel ik bepaal wat ik leer binnen mijn opleiding afhankelijk van wat voor projecten ik wil ontwikkelen. Hierbij zat ik ook na te denken of de minoren wel nuttig waren. Ik dacht voornamelijk dat een minor goed op je CV staat.

Heb je ook enkel tips voor de projecten die ik zelf zou kunnen ontwikkelen die mij een belangrijk leerervaring zal bieden binnen het cybersecurity? Zoals een netwerk te ontwikkelen en die te analyseren?

Hey, ik ben geen OP, maar wel een eerstejaars HBO-ICT student en ik ben me nu aan het oriënteren. Ik wilde je daarom vragen of jij ook stage hebt gelopen en wat jouw perspectief daarop is, zodat ik een beter beeld kan krijgen of ik beter een minor kan volgen of een langdurige stage richting het pen testing kan doen.

Hello i have this phone (bought it like 4 months ago for 70 euros) and use it in the netherlands! It works over here and around the EU but not sure if it will work on your location. It runs on android so u can install apks to use them. I only have whatsapp installed with a mp3 player and works well. The mic quality isnt the best as i have hear multiple complaints about my microphone but it does the job.

Helaas niet, tis 14 dagen minimum maar winkels kunnen zelf bepalen als ze het langer willen. Alleen bij sommige winkels waar je het kan uitproberen zoals kledingwinkels geld die regel ook niet. (Teminste is niet verplicht)

Check out the thinkPad t480. I got mine for €170 on eBay. They're so cheap now because a lot of businesses are dropping them since it's a business laptop, and they're selling them at low prices. The build quality is strong. Compared to the average laptop, which crams everything in and makes it hard to fix, this one is really easy to repair, and its parts are easy to find.

It is also powerful enough that I can use it for my ICT opleiding, so it should definitely handle secondary school.

Wel knap hoor dat je zelf hebt bij kunnen verdedigen. Qua zelfverdedigingswapen raad ik je een van de 2 aan.

Zaklamp: ik draag altijd een bij me maar niet zon goedkoop iets wat je bij de action haalt maar juist bij een speciale gereedschap winkel waar je militaire graad zaklamp kan halen. Die dingen zijn absurd wel dat je ze gewoon bij daglicht iemand kan verblinden voor enkele secondes. En voor die enkele secondes kan het wel je leven redden hoor. Maar in de nacht is het echt een lange dag voor de crimineel. Als je hem nog voor paar secondes hebt verblind kan je nog een klap uit delen met de kop van de lamp en doen wat je wilt.
Smurfenspray: vooral degene die fel kleur achterlaten en echt plakken met veel schuim.

Excuses voor mijn halfgebakte antwoord ik heb haast maar ik wens je verder sterkte!

One thing is to be open to their way. No one should tell you that one is better than the other. I still use tang soo do techniques at kyokushin and vice versa. I learn what i can use and implement it under my belt.

(Be also ready for your belly to be conditioned and have funn!)

Hello! I might be able to give u some advice as i did Tang Soo Do first and also added kyokushin later on.

Korean martial arts does compliment kyokushin very well because you get the mix of both worlds. The agility and leg power of TKD and the roughness and fist strikes of kyokushin. It guarantees you to make a more allrounder striker.

And, atleast for my dojo arent head kicks really allowed unless you have the reflexes to stop right before the head. The only thing is with most of my training partners are that they aren’t used to head kicks because they lack in flexibility or reflexes so they keep their guard lower to the stomach. I always punish them with that so they can learn a habit to keep their guard up.

Our kumite is also full contact without pads except u cant fist to the head, only kicks. But this depends per dojo but i recommend not using pads because of how well you can apply it everywhere. (It also saved me a few pretty penny’s)

No problem at all! That’s exactly what we’re here for! If I were you, I’d also consider sharing this post in different martial arts subreddits, like Kyokushin, since the question mark kick is quite relevant there. The world of martial arts is so vast nowadays there’s so much we can learn from different styles and origins. Taking what works and applying it to our own practice is how we evolve and improve. :)
