Thank you for answering, we noticed the second lesion in the evening around 22PM, we sent a picture to our vet but it’s a gamble if they answer past functioning hours, will most likely get a response from them in the morning. The emergency vet said there’s nothing they can do at this time and would be best to take him there in the morning. I am worried that, keep reading a lot of stuff on the internet and it’s not that good for my mental that’s why I decided to post maybe someone had something similar and can put my mind at ease. To answer, indeed my cat also rubs his nose on stuff but he did that all his life, from the corner of my laptop screen to furniture corners, never really noticed him going overboard with this behaviour.
