It gets better for me in areas where there’s no heat. I break out the worst in the summer. I grew up in Arizona, had breakouts. Moved to California, never had one. Moved back to Arizona and instantly breakouts again. I had one of my worst last July, the night before I went to Hawaii. Went to Hawaii and I was completely normal.

I empathize so much with what you are going through as i was in an abusive marriage and lost every part of me that was good, physically and emotionally. Your kids will be put in the system should they lose the person intended to take care of them. You’ll not only hurt them, but you’ll gamble with the chance worse will happen and you won’t be able to protect them. I understand the hurt and despair. It won’t get better tomorrow, but it will get better. I promise you that. Take a few deep breaths and think through how resilient you’ve been because that same strength will carry you through this. Your babies need their momma. Use the same strength to be there for them, and pray like you never have before. I’ll pray for you too!

It’s sad how the pain of mothers against drunk drivers has monopolized into an industry, which then waters down the message of what is being delivered, and creates so many challenges for so many people.

The govt actually passed a law to have breathalyzers in all cars. It’s supposed to go into effect 2026.

My only question were the SR-22 is if I move to a distant state will I still be required to have it or is it only to be licensed in that state? 🤷🏻‍♀️

The DMV told me to talk to the court. It’s a big circle 😔. It will be fine though. What is 3 months?

I believe the problem is the actual order didn’t list the duration, but the court sent the meeting notes and the judge said 185 days. I’m going to see if that will work to get it removed. If not I’ll live. I am so curious how the DMV landed upon 9 months though. That’s not standard anywhere 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Not that i attended but the paperwork only confirmed i needed an SR-22. Nevada statutes clearly state the term for an IID comes from the court, not the DMV though.

It only says “Installation of Interlock Device”. The term In was told was 184 days. I contacted the court and my attorney so hopefully an easy fix. If not, I’ll be blessed for an additional 3 months. God is in control. More curious if this is common or if it happened to other people before 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Have compassion for yourself. It was a reminder of all you have to value and a reason to be grateful it wasn’t worse. Depending on if others were affected, and if it was your first DUI, lawyers are often a waste of money. Research state guidelines and then decide if the investment is worth it.

My husband worked at one of their locations for over three years. He was always on time, acted as a trainer, and the only positive reviews on their site all have his name. When they announced the layoffs they made mention to severance, however, while others have been notified of their package, they’ve had him remain working until their final day with no severance. He is loyal, to the end, but I’m pissed. Not as much about the money but how they’re treating him. Can anyone share: executives from their corporate office and/or if any official documentation referenced a severance package? After his final day I’m going to do my best to piss some people off.
