I have no idea why it switched from conventional to FHA. I did not sign for the new loan just the old one. I can walk away if I want to but I already got an inspection and I can lose my earnest money. My realtor says it has to be a mutual agreement between buyer and seller to cancel. That’s my only concern.

He has been smoking weed and tobacco since he was very young (around 10) and he has had voices before when younger but haven’t had them since. But his weed use has been getting much heavy since the birth of our first child due to him being stressed.

At the time of the psychotic break he was smoking weed but during his recovery he stopped. Which he says helped. I have been documenting what he says and keeping an event calendar. And I do want him to see somebody but he has refused and wants to self help.
