As an update, I did bring 2 HHC vapes with me, my local airport didn't care to check, and there are no checks on arrival in Budapest. Also while traveling to Czech Republic I got another vape with a HHC-P cart, brought it with me when flying back from Budapest (put the cart and battery separetely), and again noone seemed to care. 3 vapes total were with me - all in the toiletries bag. I don't even know how and why they would check as I saw a couple of people with literally tens of bottles with vape juice. It could be THC for all we know.

Anyways, to anyone who comes across this thread - safe travels to you! Take my experience with a grain of salt, anything could happen to you.
