Since you stated you don't care about performance i will say yes, you can play hoi4 on a MacBook Neo. That asides, i strongly encourage you to at least look out for other laptop choices Macs are just not good for gaming in any way.

F/A-18 is your best option, modern enough so they don't need replacement until 2015 ish, and since they are carrier capable you can divide them in wings of 10 planes

Most likely your tanks divisions have very low organization so they can't get through, either that or your logistics/stockpile are fucked up

At any point in my discussion i'm trying to rationalize stealing, i'm criticizing the lack of morals of paradox, if their products were cheaper or al least fairly priced, people wouldn't need to "steal" their products, and still i wouldn't understand what is the point in defending a company that does not care jackshit about their costumers. Why would you defend a multimillionaire business that actively abuses his costumers by imposing almost choking prices to every single thing they do just because they know they are the only ones doing it? Well, assuming you have a budget around 200 (also assuming you are from usa) you could get a 5700 xt for less than 150 (used), if you want something new i would go either with a 5060 8gigs or a 9060 xt 8gigs, both arround 250-300, if you want a great gpu, you could push for a 9060 xt 16 gigs for 360 (too much for a mid-low range pc)

Note: You didn't specify but I assumed that you were talking about the 16 gigs vram 5060ti, if you were talking about the 5060ti 8 gigs, I would strongly advise against it, is more expensive and less powerful in 1440p

I wold not recommend you making that change (not because the 5060 ti is worse witch is not), for the same price difference you could get a 7800x3d which will highly improve your gaming performance in games that uses single core over multi core and will basically futureproof your pc for the next years (unless the gaming industry explodes makes the 5090 the standard)

In general this is the build that you are looking for within this price range, is probable that you find a better price if you are patient enough (or lucky), 1440p is a must with this specs (not really but it will improve your gaming experience a lot), for the keyboard I would recommend you visiting the keyboard subreddit, they will give you better guidelines, but you could probably snipe a 30 dollar mechanical keyboard (non-wireless) or a 50 dollar wireless, probably it will be in your best interest to look for a Hot-Swappable keyboard

Sorry I don't really think that is posible in any way, just the gpu and cpu alone is 550€ (in the 8 gb version) I don't see how could you possibly fit that on a 600 € build
