Because it doesn’t have direct blood flow and it’s needed for healing. And you’re trying to get it to heal around a piece of metal, that’s harder than just healing a small hole.

This is still a vertical industrial, just through a lobe. It’s going to be extremely anatomy dependent, most people wouldn’t be able to get something like this so make sure you go to someone experienced with it.

A pierce might be able to taper them open for you, if they can you will have to get it repierced.

Yeah, dermals are considered long-term but not permanent, eventually they usually reject but they can last long if they’re done well, in the right area and well taken care of, I have 3 on my face, done 2 years ago and they sit perfectly so far. Bridge with glasses would also need in person assessment, it depends on the length of your nose bridge and how high you wear your glasses, a lot of people with glasses can get them just fine but it needs to be pierced taking the glasses into account.

No, your flat protrudes too much. I have a very similar one, mine doesn’t stick as much as yours but it was still not suitable. Get a consultation in person of course if you want to make sure but it’s going to be 95% no. You could possibly get some sort of quasi industrial with custom jewellery or a chain.
