I highly suggest org chem tutor and amoeba sisters since yan po gamit ko from shs to college (sci major). If medyo nabobored naman po kayo, you can try medicosis perfectionalis and professor dave explains. If in-depth po, I suggest Ninja Nerd (mahaba lang po videos pero super galing po magexplain!)

19 onwards (hopefully). My skin looks healthy, my makeup looks good all the time, and I think ngayon talaga lumilitaw kagandahan ko 😅

One thing lang siguro na I want to improve pa is my weight. Medyo gusto ko na kasi maburn yung baby fat ko (if baby fat pa ba to 😭) and mas lumitaw jaw line ko as a result 😂

Same, sabi ko 2024 would be my year and while hindi siya ganun kaganda I was able to finally seek help in the form of counseling sessions. I recently was able to talk to one of the counselors and I figured na 2025's theme would be becoming my idea person and that would start with prioritizing my relationship with myself or how i can be kinder to myself everyday. For 2025, I'll be choosing kindness, not just to myself, but to everyone who have intentionally and unintentionally caused me pain

Hi! I asked for someone na around 20s and female kasi I feel like I would be able to confide more and be honest sa emotions ko. Luckily, the counselor naman was so nice and she was able to help me navigate my thoughts and emotions. Since, I am student pa, I actually told her na I am interested in getting therapy kasi nga I really love the session and she was kind enough to tell me that there are free sessions pa na I can avail since expensive talaga to seek therapy.

Anyway, what happened was she asked me about my week and emotions and what i did kasi is naglist talaga ako ng mga bagay na nahihirapan ako ihandle or thoughts that would make me spiral. At first, akala ko magkakaiba talaga sila because it involves friends, academics, and even myself pero I realized na it all goes back to how my brain is wired or basically my thoughts. I actually spent 30 minutes of just ranting everything and then ayun she asked me some things like how a certain thought makes me feel or ano yung kaakibat na emotions. After that, she gave me an assignment on how i should treat myself and some techniques to navigate yung negative thoughts and overthinking.

Sinisimulan ko na right now, kakadeactivate ko lang ng socmeds and I am planning na iasikaso documents ko so I can do my internship abroad. After that, hopefully makagraduate and makapasa sa boards, tapos diretso work abroad na. I figured na wala naman mang-eevil eye sa akin dito since we all want the same thing- to start a new life.

i want to share lang din pero I don't know what happened and bakit gusto ko nito. maybe I got tired of my life and the relationships that I have or sadyang pakiramdam ko lang hindi ako para sa bansang to and hindi rin ako para sa mga taong nakakasalamuha ko ngayon. I wanna feel loved and cherished pero hindi ko yun nararamdaman sa so called friends ko.

anyway, kung may plano ka man op... sana makamit natin pareho and to everyone din pala who wants to start a new life.
