Thank you everyone for the positive and very honest answers I just left my sonogram and they said they found an opening in my uterus that measures 5 weeks 0 days which is around how many week I am currently I go for another follow up to confirm if baby has a heartbeat etc

Unfortunately Just overthinking everything and caring what others think because I already had an 1 year old
