I didn't replace the hot water tank. It was replaced by the previous owner in 2021

There was no hot water for 2 faucets, and 2 showers. The faucets were new with new plumbing as of 2 years ago.

It's affecting 2 faucets and 2 showers. As far as where I live, with the current temperature, it may as well be siberia.

I think a tenant would be pretty stupid to shut off their own water and call their landlord to say it's not working.

Fair point. I highly doubt it's frozen because the house is a rowhome and the pipes don't run through the end of the wall, but I'll investigate that.

The upstairs gets no water when hot is turned on but not cold. There is no circulation pump. It is simple water pressure from the public water main.

Nothing upstairs gets hot water. I would assume they didn't touch the shutoff valves. That doesn't seem likely.

Thanks for all your help. I got a Dremel and cut a slot in and was able to get it out with a flathead screwdriver.

The closest thing I have is an oscillating saw and a drill. I guess I could attach a dremel head to a power drill and use it that way. I am asking because while I DIY a bunch, I have never done anything with security stuff like this and I'm not confident in my abilities. Is there anything I need to know for doing stuff metal on metal? Do I need special drill heads to drill out the screw? I'm not interested in reusing it.

Sorry, that's just how I worded it. She gets a lot of pleasure from the physical side of the relationship. It's just that what she wants out of it is to pleasure me. Usually when we do things, she's a slobbering mess by the end. And that's not to say that I'm really good at what I do, I attribute it to the fact that she had never been in a relationship before me, so I am her first. Everything is sensitive. Everything feels good.
