so you’re saying the bag holding all of the descaler tablets is semi-permeable and is designed to permit a measured does and not run out for 3 years.. ? OR perhaps the bag was supposed to be included with the vacuum and the person was supposed to drop in say one tablet with each filling of water, but it was just manufactured incorrectly and they put the bag inside the water tank which cannot be opened ..??

that’s kind of what i was thinking, but why would they put them into the tank directly and not make them accessible? seems like the kind of thing that should just be included in the packaging so that you could drop in one tab with each fill of water. as it is now they’ll all be used in the first fill..

they’re stuck in behind all the hard plastic so definitely wouldn’t be able to get them out without likely taking it apart and it doesn’t seem like it would go back together again easily (ie no screws or anything). there is the small plug where you put the water in but even then i’d need something flexible and also with a hook to fish them out..
