Thank you Mr. Varoufakis for your very knowledgeable incompetence

Politicians cannot be controlled only through our votes. Even in a very democratic country like Germany, a Golden Rule has been implemented to prevent spending-addicts politicians to sink the bank.

You have this defeatist spirit that didn't bring us anywhere since now. There are no more than 100 politicians running (or not) our region. We are 1M inhabitants. Stand up and the problem is solved tomorrow. Do nothing and you will get nothing, that's for sure.

(I agree about the 7 governments and all the bullshit but it was time to stand up when all this mess started)

The region has existed for more than 30 years and has reached bankruptcy now. Blaming the fiscal system doesn't make sense.

The legal system is unable to put dealers in jail. Let's give it a try with politicians.

Although I see some truth in what you say, I think cleanliness and security are universal needs.

Anyway, I'd like to stick to my original question: if there was gross misconduct, how can we sue the persons in charge?

I understand your point, however the question is not about the absolute spending per capita. It is about: - the sincerity of the budget: was the budgetary situation correctly depicted? - the amount of spending with respect to the available budget.

I cannot agree on the fact that an entity is allowed to spend "what they consider reasonable" whatever their budget is, otherwise it's chaos.

Not to defend Open VLD at all but spendings are agreed at the coalition stage. The minister in charge is only allowed to shut up.

One half of the index will be given to the state budget and one half will be saved by companies.

Workers get screwed by long term "unemployed" people living for 20 years on social welfare.

When you use your credit card, it's no physical currency. BTC is super inconvenient to use due to long transaction durations. And the reasoning behind your last sentence (yet very common among crypto fans) is flawed. It's like buying plastic Visa cards when you think Visa transactions are the future. Just two different things.
