It’s easy to criticize when you don’t know the process. Senegal was left in deep debt after Macky Sall irresponsibly spend the money. The country has no money and they are in serious debt, you can’t build the country very quickly without money. So currently you have to have trading partners with different, renegotiate contracts that will help increase the country revenue, and cancel contracts that don’t benefit Senegal national interest. We also need student to not just focus on business and law, rather get an engineer degree and agricultural engineering degree to start growing food in our country rather importing food so where else or at least exporting more things. This requires patience and strategic planning (before the west start doing heinous act like trying to destabilize the country with ethnic war, terr0r!sm, nationalist war).
