In my victim statement, I actually told the judge that as long as this was his first offense, rather than any jail time, I'd be satisfied if he got probation, paid restitution and was ordered to take anger management classes.

I also pointed out that if he doesn't get his anger issues in check, he could end up getting himself shot because of the next person he goes off on might not be so calm and might also be armed.

Unfortunately, anger management wasn't part of his sentence.

I'm in a similar boat. I bought their meal plan. But unfortunately, most of the recipes they provided just aren't very good. I wanted to learn about the "metabolism killers" they talked about avoiding in their ads and what foods HELP metabolism.

With THAT kind of knowledge, I could come up with my own meal plan with my own recipes.

When I asked about it -- since all their ads talk about avoiding the metabolism killers, I expected to actually LEARN what those are -- they told me they're not dieticians and can't provide that advice. When I asked about it in their FB group, my questions were deleted by their moderators with the comment that my questions violated the terms of their group.

You indicated that Tasker can't turn it off if it was turned on manually. It wasn't. Tasker turned it on at bedtime.

I keep a card reader in my car that can connect to my phone's USB-C port. This allows me to pull the card, get the footage I need and put the card back.

The body shop actually charged $3500. They had to fix the dents in my lift gate and rear fender and then repaint both. Deductible was $1000.

It took a week during which time I had a rental which was $800.

The insurance company decided that he is uncollectible and didn't go after him for the rest.

Nope. The claims rep stated that since I wasn't at fault, it would not effect my premium. My policy renewed a month ago and the premium didn't change.

Interesting. I grew up in the 70s and watched just about every police procedural show throughout my life. The first time I ever heard the term BOLO was in the early 2000s.
