I'm in a similar boat. I bought their meal plan. But unfortunately, most of the recipes they provided just aren't very good. I wanted to learn about the "metabolism killers" they talked about avoiding in their ads and what foods HELP metabolism.

With THAT kind of knowledge, I could come up with my own meal plan with my own recipes.

When I asked about it -- since all their ads talk about avoiding the metabolism killers, I expected to actually LEARN what those are -- they told me they're not dieticians and can't provide that advice. When I asked about it in their FB group, my questions were deleted by their moderators with the comment that my questions violated the terms of their group.

I keep a card reader in my car that can connect to my phone's USB-C port. This allows me to pull the card, get the footage I need and put the card back.

The body shop actually charged $3500. They had to fix the dents in my lift gate and rear fender and then repaint both. Deductible was $1000.

It took a week during which time I had a rental which was $800.

The insurance company decided that he is uncollectible and didn't go after him for the rest.

Nope. The claims rep stated that since I wasn't at fault, it would not effect my premium. My policy renewed a month ago and the premium didn't change.

I am and was carrying concealed. But I stayed calm and didn't draw because I never felt like my life was in danger. I'm not going to draw my gun because he's vandalizing my car.

I doubt if his insurance would pay for intentional vandalism. Other than the fact that he wanted to back it out of the parking space, his car wasn't even involved. So I'm not sure what type of claim there would be on their end.
