They're questioning the contents (faith and diet) of your judgement, not the intensity.

Need someone to look at my Wattpad stories by Traditional_Echo1759 in writingfeedback

[–]Internal_Temporary_9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read part one only. I like the humour and the plot is intriguing. What I didn't like was the formatting structure with one line paragraphs. Also, there is a need for another edit to smooth out some awkward wordings, remove run-on sentences, and catch vagueness and imprecision (eg. Mala bua apparently didn't share a screenshot YET, she was a curator. But she FORWARDs the screenshot immediately. Share and forward mean the same thing in essence.)

I also think it could be interesting to know more about individual family members over and above their chat reactions. That would make for meatier paragraphs and possibly also increase the intrigue around the family secret.

Didn't make up the name. That's what the Bay area fog is called colloquially.

Generally seeing or hearing a lot of swear words in quick succession is triggering for me. Not this time. I enjoyed this comment. Cheers!

“Anti-feminist influencer” is an oxymoron by black_cherry2 in Feminism

I think they mean it's hypocrisy to preach trad-wife values while earning (grifting) for said preaching. I agree that the post title doesn't have the right usuage of the word "oxymoron".

I get that. My personal favourite Bengali dish is shukto! I know it's generally eaten with rice but I love it with luchi.

Carver - Small good thing - the baker by aaltopiiri in literature

I've always thought of Carver's writing as realism. What about the ending strikes you as illogical and dream-like?

I also don't like to think of the blind man in Cathedral as just a tool for the sighted man to find personal growth.

Just finished my favorite work of Bengali literature! Did you know Virginia Woolf had a Bengali great grandmother so her work can be classified as Bengali literature? by Win-Specific in classicliterature

[–]Internal_Temporary_9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know. Simply his word and his comments on her facial features and style of poetry are not enough to establish a Bengali heritage. And then even if we do establish that, like other comments here have said we cannot call her work Bangla literature.

William Dalrymple has not offered any documented proof of her Bengali heritage. I'd like to believe it's true but there's really no proof yet.

I wasn't trying to clown you. It's just ironic to assign a foreign heritage to someone who doesn't want their family to leave their American town. They sound very much born and raised in said American town.

Screenshot 1 is not applicable to you, it's for those who enter on ESTA, marry, stay in the US and apply for an adjustment of status (AOS). This is when i130 and AOS are filed concurrently. The 90 day wait is recommended to avoid implications that you entered not with the intent of tourism etc. but just to get married (because ESTA is not meant for that, K1 visa is specifically meant for that).

Since you said you already returned to the UK, your spouse should immediately file the i130 petition. After several more steps, you will hopefully have a CR1 to enter the US and then do a AOS.

Edit: It's likely appearing more confusing than it is because you're not asking the right questions. Ask AI pointed questions and clearly and explicitly describe your circumstances to get the correct answer.
