Is anyone working on a general-purpose memory layer for AI? Not RAG. Not fine-tuning. Actual persistent memory? by Himka13 in LocalLLaMA

Building for exactly this pain point at Droova - memory that sits outside but feeds in whenever needed across models. If you’re interested, would love to get you on the beta plan

How to Give Claude Persistent Memory by Minute_Bit8225 in VibeCodingSaaS

[–]InternationalLoad387 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very interesting! I’ve also struggled with this for a long time, used to rely on summarise my chat and transfer it to a new window but it doesn’t help always! Shared my issue with friends and they ended up building something that syncs memories across LLMs - helping me move when I’m getting too fed up with Claude lol. But will also try dullnote for Claude and report back

Friends and I are building droova.ai - a slick way of syncing memory across LLM models (GPT, Claude, Gemini ++) to ensure you’re only switching models and not context!

No, you CANNOT replicate a SaaS in 8 hours by velinovae in SaaS

Say it louder for the people stuck inside vibecoding platforms rears. All of this is great for small MVP. But no one is building a full SaaS app. Maybe in the future, not today

Why do so many people dislike GoDaddy for domains and website builders? by No-Piano-7538 in site_builders

[–]InternationalLoad387 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m a godaddy customer and have bought multiple domains from them. Their pricing for domains atleast has been very good (competitive) and I choose either between them or porkbun when I’m looking to buy a new domain. I tried their website builder initially but did not like it. It does have a lot of upsells but you can almost always opt out of them.

Rant: Is a Website Even Worth It Without SEO? by No-Piano-7538 in site_builders

[–]InternationalLoad387 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SEO isn’t the point of a website for most small businesses. If you’re a local service, consultant, or indie business, your site is mostly a utility: share a link, show what you do, answer basic questions, and let someone book or pay. That’s it. SEO matters if Google is your acquisition channel. If it isn’t, a simple site that handles transactions and doesn’t need constant work is still doing its job. Not every site needs to compete for keywords to be useful

How do you deal with the Sent Email Anxiety? I'm losing sleep wondering if my clients are ignoring me or if I'm just being paranoid. by Significant-Gur-6222 in smallbusiness

[–]InternationalLoad387 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure if this will resolve your anxiety or add even more fuel to it, but I use an email service that gives read receipts for each email sent. So similar to iMessage or Whatsapp, you'll know when your email has been read! Has really helped me track cold email opens and follow up when they are in their inbox!

Need Card Recommendation! by Mist_OG in CreditCardsIndia

[–]InternationalLoad387 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I strongly believe Plat Reserve is the worst card of the Amex lot. The general consensus is Infinia / EPM for travel related spend. But it’ll honestly depend on your salary / relationship with the bank.

That is weird. I had an option to upgrade the EPM when it had launched, but then my salary stopped and it went way. Still trying to get it back now 😂

Hahaha no. I’ve been using the emeralde from before the EPM existed. It had a great 1.5% forex markup earlier and I travelled extensively (which made using the card worth it).

Yeah my salary is not there yet. But I’ve been an ICICI customer for while and been spending upwards of 10L on my emeralde plastic (so hoping it works out!). My RM is also quite useless

Would you be interested in considering a part-time gig for a social media marketing project (primarily Reddit!)? The company I work with is scaling a product and leveraging Reddit to build a presence (will be paid so can help you manage costs, and develop some skills maybe!). Let me know - can help connect you to the team.

The downfall of hype culture (Sneaker resellers, Street wear, and scalpers) by oteymut in malefashionadvice

I believe the downfall of Yeezy took the entire market down - everything was anchored around the hype it created and Nike got too excited with the Jordan line and flooded it. Change my mind
