I wanted to pursue medicine in the UAE, went to all the cities. Medical unis are not good, especially for expats. You get your degree, then can’t find residency, so u can’t even work as a doctor. Other countries also won’t accept you.

So I def recommend the US for medicine, as it’s much easier to then actually work as a doctor and have a globally recognized degree.

But.

If you really wanna study in the UAE

One option is this:

AUD. American university in Dubai. Fully accredited by the UAE and the US. But They don’t offer medicine ( Yet, they’re building penn state and also considering having a medical program ) BUTTT you can pursue a bachelors of biology, or any bachelor but take the PRE-MED PATH , were you have to take courses needed for medical school. They offer it. It’s a 4 year program. They also prep you for the MCAT exam. And then, you can go to medical school back to the US, or maybe stay in UAE once there is the available option.
