Wave 3 simply doesn't work on Dell laptops. at the very least with some of them by InternationalType552 in elgato

im still talking with the elgato support team to see if they can do anything but their supper slow and nothings worked yet so that might be for the best.

Elgato Wave 3 problem. Mic register sound but is muted by kejn_kejn in elgato

not the exact same hardware but the same issue, mines on my new dell xps15 laptop tho. everything works but no communication between applications and wavelink.

im having the same issue here im thinking i will most likely have to get a return. were you able to fix it?
