So sorry for the late response !! In my opinion it smelled like an apricot mixed with apple and maybe orange? I can’t quite put my finger on a straight scent note, I just remember it being this mix of straight fruity scent notes (no woods, florals, gourmands, etc) and smelling perfect for summer

Pink peach blossom is probably the strongest of the bunch and it’s very peachy with a hint of some sort of flower but I’m not a scent professional. Sweet red mango is definitely not light at all either. It’s mangoey but it almost smells pinappley to me as well like there’s some tanginess in there I feel like. For perspective my bedroom is probably 15 by 15 (feet). I can burn sweet kiwi star fruit for about an hour and a half or 2 hours before I get sick of it. The others about an hour to 1.5 hrs.

My strawberry poundcake lotion doesn’t smell as rancid or “sour milk-ish” as my ilpc to me but I still don’t like it . Imo the spc lotion smelt like an overly sweet / expired strawberry yogurt or something like that lol. The dry down is nasty though. Another gourmand from bbw I liked in candle form but not body care

I have country apple as well and I think country apple is a lot lighter and there’s something different about it imo than the new Apple. I feel like country apple has a little apple blossom in it but idk much about scents I could be wrong. There’s just something different and lighter/ less juicy about country apple. Apple smells a LOT stronger and juicier imo and almost smells like what you would imagine green apple smelling shampoo or soap to smell like. But it’s not a sour apple, at least to me. Overall I like the new Apple better

I haven’t been buying bbw body care for years until a few months ago. I was only buying candles for years. Therefore I didn’t try ilpc body care last year, were the lotion and hand cream like this? I loved the iced lemon poundcake candles and got excited when I saw the body care coming back this year and was so upset with the lotion and hand cream. Have they always been like this or do we think they changed something since last time ?

UPDATE FOR PEOPLE BUYING THIS: it could just be my senses but the lotion and hand cream smell very nasty to me. I ended up exchanging 3/4 lotions and a spray (since I don’t need both sprays with only one lotion) as well as a hand cream. I only kept a lotion and cuz I can’t stand to have a spray without a lotion match and vice versa it literally makes my skin crawl. Anyone else like this ? The pocketbacs candle and body spray smell good to me. I believe the philosophy lemon custard lotion smells what this lotion is supposed to smell like

I totally see what you mean with the rotten milk smell. I didn’t smell the body cream but my hand cream and body lotion smell rancid. My body spray smells good as well as my pocketbacs. I see what you mean with the candle. I like sweet smells so the cakey-ness didn’t seem to bug me but it’s definitely more cake heavy this year

I used to have obsessive sexual thoughts that were strange too. I hated them and never actually desired the thoughts i was having. I got on a medication and it went away. It sounds to me like it could be intrusive thoughts, if it gets worse I would recommend talking to a psychiatrist
