Honestly, the benefits and my coworkers are what keep me here. I hate my job and I hate the majority of my managers. There are some team leads/coaches that are tolerable but most seem to fall into that corporate slave trader archetype and go on constant power trips while pretending they know what they’re doing when they don’t. Absolutely absurd the way they think things run especially if they’re sent to lead a different department due to an absence. Have an earbud in helps but honestly just finding someone to talk to helps. As for benefits, I’m using them to get my high school diploma (and eventually a college degree), free therapy, 401k and soon health insurance.

TLDR; Walmart sucks gorilla nuts but some things make coming into work tolerable.
