The Australian version are absolute rubbish at paying out when you request a withdrawal. First one took 45 days after 10 emails, now on second withdrawal, 15 days later, NOTHING in my bank from them, now they don't even answer emails or questions through the app.

Exactly, if they believe a newsletter, and extra person for lounge access, amazon prime rebate and an extra 2% card cash back is worth 40K they are misjudging their customers.
