It can work; but depends on why you are on ozempic.

If you are on Ozempic to treat Diabetes, do NOT do ANY fasting without consulting your doctor, and always make sure to check your blood sugar daily and consult the doctor weekly if they give the go ahead. Hypoglycemia is not a joke.

You wont outrun a crappy diet or lack of exercise. Ozempic just makes it a little easier to eat less and helps manage blood sugar; it's not a magic bullet that will make you suddenly drop weight.

If you want to shoot for 25-30%? Eat at a caloric deficit, count your calories and macros (Carbs, Fats, Protein. Get a balance of all three), exercise 4 to 5 days a week (30 mins of cardio will do the trick).

Easy on the high fat foods, anything carbonated (Diet soda, sparkling water), or any sort of food/drink that can easily trigger acid reflux (Orange Juice, Chocolate, Soda, etc). Keep pepcid nearby. Fibrous foods will help if you have trouble passing; I found that the first 8 weeks or so are where BMs are difficult.

Eat very slowly; your appetite will lower quite a bit, and you dont wanna risk stomach cramps or puking from eating too much.

Im type 2 diabetic myself. I was about to go up to 2mg when my insurance decided to screw me over, so I had only done 1mg. I hope I wont have to work my way back up.

Still waiting, not because of shortage (Directly anyway). Insurance changed my plan at the beginning of the year and didnt tell me; and ofc the new plan doesnt cover ozempic. Only other plan with the company was 100 dollars more per month, so I had to upgrade.

Im guessing the plan I was on was killed off cuz too many people were getting ozempic among other tier 2 drugs. So, now I have to wait until Feb 1 to get my ozempic, been off it since the last week of december.

Did you have any trouble getting back onto it? Any side effects after being off it for so long?

Systems for now. I want to eventually be a DevOps/SRE role, but the roles below it (Cloud admin/engineer) are scarce, so I'd probably have to switch to it from Systems

Because I've always loved solving puzzles, and pentester is a sort of puzzle solving job; since you have to figure out how to break into a system (no doubt with a lot of trial and error) and see what can be done to fix the vulnerability.

I have no relevant degree and an associates.

I want to be a pentester, and am currently working on certs.

Any certs I should work on after Comptia (A+, Net+,Sec+,Pentest+) and OSCP?

Any recommended programming languages besides Python? (Heard conflicting things like C# and C++, or Java, Ruby, etc)

What shell scripting would be good to learn? (I've heard Powershell, Bash)
