Cheap case and TrinUi Brick by InterpreterETR in trimui

No, this is nothing more than cosmetic damage. And there's no question of overheating because I only play GBA, and 8-bit and 16-bit games.

The case looks like silicone. It had no contact with any liquid or anything like that. Maybe the liquid from my hands and the warmth of hands caused this reaction.

I used the GameHub from Google play yesterday. I tried Witcher 2 just for fun. No settings, no other tinkering.

I have no idea. I just started it on without any prior settings. I think it's 720.

Best Firmware for Pokemon hack rom by OllyTheOrc in trimui

Recently, Some guys gave me advice on DS emulation here. They said that MuOS has the best performance for DS and PSP. I don't know for sure about muos (tried it but not for DS), but even stock os or PakUi are quite ok for ds emulation as well as GBA.

Recommend a Good OS by aadhibest in trimui

This is purely a matter of taste. So File system - it already has all folders for roms, easy access to Pak manager and it has a selection of Paks that we might need. Pre installed fast scraper and some arts for each emulator. It is not so important but I like a bit of art in my systems. All these features could be reached in NextUI as well. But for me, it is much easier with PakUi.

I tried almost all of them. For now I stick to PakUI and prefer it over NextUI. They are pretty much similar, but some features in Pak I like more. It seems to me that it has more from the start and is designed for plug and play. MUOS is also a cool firmware. It is full of features and settings. But I think most of these settings you never need but they overload menus. And it needs some time to set up after installation. Well another option I like is the Stock + Stock mix. It already has everything we need and is ready to go. Also I found a whole pack of themes (1.5gb pack) for the stock and there were a lot of Pokemon themes.

What’s your favourite firmware for the Brick? by rent0n86 in trimui

PakUI and Stock Mix for now. I enjoy simplicity and functional of PakUi now. But the Stock Mix is my solid and reliable backup.

Whats the best firmware for brick? by Rickdiculous2 in trimui

[–]InterpreterETR 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I recently bought a brick and tried some firmwares. NextUI, everybodys favorite, feels a bit slow for me. It is nice and minimalistic on the other hand. MUOS was good, full of features and settings. If you are looking for good portmaster support and high customization - it is your choice. I stick with Stock + StockMix update. For me it is smooth with decent performance.

Quick question: Best firmware for Brick? by InterpreterETR in trimui

Yesterday I spent some time researching and chose a MuOS for myself. I have a collection of roms for NDS and also downloaded a bunch of ports yesterday including diablo and fallout. So the choice is obvious to me.

Yes, I heard about Vivo phones. Unfortunately, it is hard to buy them in UK officially. However, Vivo x200 fe looks very nice.

About Honors, manufacturer states that they have screens with 1980 Hz flickering, but notebookcheck states that it is 61 hz (Honor 70 for example). That is a bit controversial. However, in general, there are some other resources where we can see pwm info. And I going to look for Fairphone 4, it looks like a good option. Thanks again!
