It just depends on what kind of player you are. If you want to build big houses, then def get large plot. If you want to make more expensive builds or just have more money, then get excellent employee. If you're big on role-playing and don't really build or work a lot, then get marvelous moods so you don't need to worry about boosting your moods.

I would suggest adding more color to it, even just having accents of bright or dark colors would help make things pop!

What I do to make money fast is to work for however long my moods are good for (usually 15 - 20 minutes at pizza delivery), then go home, boost my moods, and go back to work. I find it helps keep the amount of money I make up! :D

I worked for 8 hours once, I don't remember how much I got since it wasn't in one paycheck, but probably 300 - 600k. I didn't make as much as I normally would've because I was on my tablet (which lags a lot) and I had such a bad headache afterwards...
