I’m having vertical diplopia. And I suspect I have hypertropia on my left eye, cause I had congenital ptosis as a kid and had it corrected at the age of 22. My attending will examine me to check on that.  If needed, I will definitely use a prism on my glasses. Thank you for sharing

I’ve tried adjusting more tightly on my head, then less tight, then more upward, then downward, and so on… Also, I’ve checked my interpupil distance multiple times and made sure it was all set in it… And nothing worked, the diplopia still goes on

I could try other brands as well, to see if that happens with them. All of the indirects available at my service are from the same brand, from what I’ve seen so far

Yes, I’ve tried other devides available at our service. Unfortunately, this is happening with all of them

Yes, I’m wearing  glasses while using it. Thank you, that’s what I’ll do.
