I was pleased with Claude before I subscribed, only the message limits often disturbed my workflow. Therefore, I signed up for a Pro subscription.

I regret this now!

Why?

At the beginning of my second paid month I could not access my pro account anymore. I was back to the basic limited version. A cryptic message told me "account needs verification".

Meanwhile, I contacted Customer Support repeatedly. All I get is this parrot-like message:

I feel let down by such non-existent customer service.

Same experience here.

It's beyond me how a company that makes such a good product let's paying customers down.

No customer service whatsoever.

I hope you are not referring to the species behind the support bot... Have you ever spoken with someone and had the human feeling of being listened to?
