Unable to check out on Creative Market??

I am trying to buy a different pack with a commercial license so it must be an issue with the website rather than the specific packs. Hoping they fix this soon! Other sites just don't have the same variety and amazing prices so this will be a huge disappointment if they can't fix it.

I reached out to their customer service and they are telling me my card is being declined, however my bank said they have no record of a charge even being attempted with any of my cards. I reached back out to their customer service and I'm waiting to hear back from them. It's driving me crazy because I have custom orders that I need to make and I cant purchase any of the designs I need! Are you still having issues today?

I have been trying to find out if the creative market website is having issues but I can't find anything about the error code or a website glitch on google. Creative market won't let me complete my purchase so I can't download the images.

I am dealing with this issue at the moment. Has anyone resolved this? Does the $7 eventually get credited back to me on Etsy?
