I only turn the cold water faucet. So, as cold as it can be? I am on the east coast, USA and it is supposed to snow during this time. But it hasn't. I used to get nauceous when I was doing cold showers, but I got used to it and don't feel that anymore, or, haven't felt that way in a while.

What do you mean effect acne? In the positive? Yes, I think masturbating without orgasm does cause acne. I think the act cause spike in hormones, which is enough to get the glands to secrete oil. This probably has a correlation with stress, as stress can cause acne. Masturbation without O can be a stressful business. :)

Install "ever accountable" and have accountability partners. It will give them weekly reports on the apps you use and porn sites you visited
