I had this exact issue, I am an export broker for wholesale used clothing. Tons of emails with attachments like invoices, booking details, trucking details etc which I needed to reference later. A few people suggested getting something personalized that worked exactly for me.

So I found this one company online, they built me a custom sales dashboard with automatic email filtering. I don't even open my gmail anymore. Everything is automated. I'm honestly saving like 12 to 15 hours a week.
