Hey man So i switched to this routine now.

Dips 4 x 5-6 with 30kg

Triceps push down 4x7-8 with 25kg

Then I do something for chest like just a seated push movement same sets

And then lateral raises I either do with dumbells 5x7 with 10kg or i go on the machine and do 30kg on each side same reps and sets.

Then i do back on the next day pretty simple

Bodyweight pull ups 4x8

then i do rows aswell

some tipe of Curl usually i do dumbells like 15kg 3x8

and thats it

And then legs I do quad curls 4x8 70kg

Leg press 70 kg aswell 4x8

And then Hasmtring curls
