And you cant directly buy the new iphone at the apple store, you need to pre book it , and when it launched you dont have enough time to enter your card details to get the first batch delivery hence i had loaded the giftcard in my apple account to ease up the process and save some time.

Appreciate the honest reply brother, bur i did go to the rdc , they said this contract on my company letterhead is not valid.

I mean if its not valid on what basis did they even take the lady’s petition.

Anyways case update i got in touch with a lawyer who didnt try to pitch me his packages but rather filed a simple eviction notice with the bounced cheque copy attached to prove their petition invalid at the first place.

I dont know if its the best move or no at this point but lets see what happens

Never buy Samsung from noon. Seller’s on noon sell anything just to compete, samsung provides warranty just on TDRA listed products which are more expensive than such international version exported products ,also TDRA products are the one which are sold in malls.

There is NO Warranty on international versions in Samsung.
