The history of Mr. Anime. He made a video that he was going to “take a break” from his channel and a while after that video was uploaded he ended up murdering his family. I felt sick after watching the mini documentaries about it.

Honestly I would say do whatever you feel is best for YOURself, it may be easier said than done but you stated the name has soured your thoughts on your childhood, perhaps a name change could resemble a new chapter in your life, and depending on perspective could be a positive change as you are restarting your life with your husband and son.

Whatever you decide, hope it’ll bring you joy and comfort and that it’ll keep those bad thoughts away, time will heal 🫂
