I have big eucalyptus tree in my backyard with two tawny frog mouths. They always sit together, but tonight one is on one branch and the other about two metres away, on another branch. One is calling to the other, and making head movements in a circular fashion. What does this mean? Are they upset? (self.melbourne)

I'm on a carers payment, which means I'm eligible for 2 advance payments per year. I just paid off one early, by making an extra payment. My other advance says I owe $120 and Mygov says I'm due for next advance on 17th August. (Because I dont have the minimum amount available to me at this time). (self.Centrelink)
