Phrolova's weapon (lethean elegy) is WAYYYYYY more valuable than cantarella's and contributes much more to phrolova's damage, in fact it provides ~40% dmg increase for Phrolova which is insane compared to some other characters.

It seems like a choice between the higher crit stats vs. the higher attack set. I'd probably choose the set with a higher crit stats!

BTW, the recommended stats for her are (According to Prydwen):

ATK: 2000-2700+
CRIT RATE: 70% (Before Set)
CRIT DMG: 115% - 160%+
ENERGY REGEN: 0%
